Creating Email Templates
Build reusable email templates for follow-ups, campaigns, and automations.

Navigate to Email > Templates and click "New Template."

Use the drag-and-drop builder or write in the code editor.

Add merge fields for personalization (first name, policy type, etc.).

Save the template for use in campaigns and automations.
