1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AIVIONT platform at app.aiviont.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AIVIONT provides an AI-powered CRM and sales operations platform for life insurance agents. Features include contact management, multi-channel messaging (SMS, email), automated follow-up sequences, AI coaching (Aria), appointment booking, pipeline tracking, and team collaboration tools.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: AIVIONT Agent Messaging
Description: Insurance agents use AIVIONT to send appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and policy updates to their clients and prospects via SMS.
Message Frequency: Varies by agent configuration and contact activity. Recurring messages are possible.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

SMS messages are only sent to individuals who have provided explicit prior consent. Consent may be provided by submitting a phone number on an agent’s public booking page (app.aiviont.com/book/[agent-slug]) after acknowledging the SMS consent disclosure, or by providing verbal or written consent directly to the insurance agent who records it in the AIVIONT platform.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.
For additional support, reply HELP or contact support@aiviont.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
AIVIONT is offered on a subscription basis:
- Starter plan: $59/month or $590/year
- Pro plan: $99/month or $990/year
All plans include a 7-day free trial with no charge during the trial period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact support@aiviont.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AIVIONT to:
- Send unsolicited or spam messages to contacts who have not provided consent
- Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, or any applicable laws
- Make false or misleading representations about insurance products
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access AIVIONT systems without authorization
- Upload or transmit malware or malicious code
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
AIVIONT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI Features (Aria)
AIVIONT’s AI assistant (Aria) is powered by Anthropic Claude and assists insurance agents with coaching, drafting, and prioritization. Aria’s outputs are suggestions only and should be reviewed before use. AIVIONT does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for decisions made based on Aria’s recommendations.
7. Intellectual Property
All AIVIONT software, design, trademarks, and content are the property of AIVIONT. You retain ownership of your contact data and communications. By using the Service, you grant AIVIONT a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. AIVIONT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVIONT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. AIVIONT’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard. AIVIONT may terminate or suspend your account for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
