Setting Up WhatsApp Business Messaging
Connect WhatsApp Cloud API to reach contacts on their preferred channel.

AIVIONT uses WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) for business messaging.

To use WhatsApp: Navigate to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp.

You'll need a Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business App ID (provided by Meta).

Once connected, WhatsApp becomes available as a channel option in automations.

Add WhatsApp steps in automation workflows just like email or SMS steps.

WhatsApp messages support rich formatting, emojis, and merge tags like {{name}} and {{booking_link}}.

Note: WhatsApp requires the recipient to have your number saved or to have messaged you first (24-hour window for promotional messages).

All WhatsApp conversations appear in your unified inbox with the WhatsApp icon.
