Connecting Zoom for Auto-Generated Meeting Links
Set up Zoom OAuth integration to automatically create meeting links for bookings.
Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Integrations.
Find the Zoom card and click "Connect to Zoom."
You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Sign in to your Zoom account.
Grant AIVIONT permission to create meetings and read your user info (required for OAuth).
Once connected, you'll see "Connected" status with your Zoom email displayed.
Now when contacts book appointments through your booking link, AIVIONT automatically creates a Zoom meeting and includes the join link.
Zoom links are also available as merge tags in automation emails using {{zoom_link}} - this pulls the most recent booking's Zoom link.
To disconnect: Click "Disconnect" on the Zoom integration card and confirm.
Troubleshooting: If connection fails, ensure you're using a Zoom account with meeting creation permissions (not just a participant account).
