Setting Up Your First Automation Workflow

Build a multi-step automation with email, SMS, and WhatsApp triggered by pipeline changes.

Navigate to Dashboard > Automations and click "New Automation."

Choose a name for your automation (e.g., "New Lead Welcome Sequence").

Select a trigger: Lead Imported, Stage Change, Policy Status Change, Booking Completed, or Booking No-Show.

If using Stage Change trigger, select which pipeline stage should trigger this automation (e.g., "Needs Analysis").

Click "Add Step" to add your first communication step.

Choose the channel: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

For Email: Write subject line and body using merge tags like {{name}}, {{firstName}}, {{booking_link}}, {{zoom_link}}.

Set delay timing: Use "Immediate (2 min)" for first steps, or set custom delays in days/hours for follow-up steps.

Add additional steps by clicking "Add Step" and repeat the process for multi-touch sequences.

Toggle "Active" to ON when ready to launch your automation.

Monitor automation logs in the Automation Analytics tab to track sends, skips, and failures.
