Using the Unified Inbox
Manage all SMS, email, and WhatsApp conversations in one place.
Navigate to Dashboard > Inbox to see all conversations across channels.
The inbox shows SMS, Email, and WhatsApp messages in a single threaded view.
Messages are organized by contact - click any contact to see their full conversation history.
Each message shows the channel icon (SMS, Email, WhatsApp), timestamp, and delivery status.
To send a new message: Click any contact, type your message, and choose the channel (SMS/Email/WhatsApp).
Message history automatically links to contact records, so you can see past communications when viewing pipeline contacts.
Filter inbox by channel, status (sent/delivered/failed), or search by contact name or message content.
Pro Tip: All automation-sent messages also appear in the unified inbox for full conversation tracking.
