Using the Gmail-Powered Inbox

Manage all email conversations with contacts in one centralized inbox.

Navigate to Dashboard > Inbox to see all email conversations with your contacts.

The inbox shows Gmail messages in a threaded view, synced with your connected Google account.

Messages are organized by contact - click any contact to see their full conversation history.

Each message shows timestamp, delivery status, and whether it was opened.

To send a new email: Click any contact, type your message, and click send.

Email history automatically links to contact records, so you can see past communications when viewing pipeline contacts.

Filter inbox by status (sent/delivered/failed), or search by contact name or message content.

Pro Tip: All automation-sent emails also appear in the unified inbox for full conversation tracking.
